Hannah Cocks

Hannah Cocks is an ocean PhD researcher, storyteller, and divemaster, dedicated to exploring the intricate connections between ocean and culture. She advocates for the holistic management of our blue spaces, believing in the deep interconnection of people and the ocean.

As Head of Creative at SeaVoice, an ocean storytelling platform, Hannah channels her passion for blue spaces and science communication, sharing diverse ocean narratives in a creative and accessible way.

In addition, she is working with the Cultural Heritage Framework Programme to advocate for the integration of marine cultural heritage into policy frameworks, with the goal of realizing a sustainable ocean.
