Fiona Bradwell

I grew up in Surrey in the UK. We had a big garden and my dad turned one of the lawns into a meadow. I would spend hours lying in the long grass feeling at one with nature, the frogs, grasshoppers, butterflies, and other insects.

Every summer we spent three weeks in the west of Ireland. We owned an old boat and so began my love of sailing and the sea. And my Irish granny owned an overgrown field which was of course full of magic and wonder.

Nature has and always will be a huge part of my life.
