The EPA estimates the average American produces 4.4 pounds of trash per day . That’s 1606 pounds per year. Can you imagine producing almost one ton less trash in a single year? We made the decision to go (almost entirely) zero waste nearly three years ago . We can honestly say it’s one of the best things we’ve ever done. Happily, zero waste has started to become so popular – probably something to do with it being so, so satisfying!
