Not your Ordinary Houseplant: World’s Tallest Begonia Found in Tibet

  • Researchers have found the world’s tallest begonia in a forest in southern Tibert.
  • The begonias was measured to be 3.6 metres and close to 12 centimetres in diameter.
  • The staff of the Shanghai Chenshan Botanical Garden’s herbarium are currently applying for Guinness World Records to submit this huge begonia species.
