Norwegian parliament adopts zero-emission regulations in the fjords

Norway is again leading the world, this time in passing a zero emissions law that would prohibit use of internal combustion engines on cruise ships while in fjords. The effort is intended to reduce the soot and subsequent heating and melting of glaciers and to improve air quality for local residents.
