Designers Invent New Materials From Old Jeans for Exhibition at Levi’s London Concept Store

  • Levi’s digital residency put out an open call to interdisciplinary designers in Europe to reimagine post-consumer denim.
  • Netherlands-based design-lab Envisions and British educational association STORE created 75 individual experiments that are made using techniques such as 3D printing, weaving and braiding.
  • The purpose of the workshop was to educate and inspire people to consider the full lifecycle of Levi’s and other company’s goods.
