  • NoA Biosciences has found a way to turn sawdust and wood residue into burgers.
  • They’ve converted woody biomass into a substrate on which mushrooms can grow.
  • The finished product can be eaten as a burger; the leftover substrate is used to feed insects or as a bio-fertilizer.
