Maya Uhart

Maya is a passionate 15-year-old budding eco-activist living in Madrid, Spain, looking to help inspire young people to cut through climate despondency and find small ways to make a positive difference. She believes that every little helps, and sometimes that is all people need to give them that initial push into developing sustainable and environmentally conscious lives and routines

She has been a key leader of her school’s Eco Committee and active participant in the Model United Nations programme, where she hopes to develop the skills to eventually make lasting change at a national and international level in the field of Sustainable Development.
