Lisa Jones and Stephen Thomas

Lisa Jones and Stephen Thomas are married with four children, living in Muswell Hill in North London. Lisa comes from a PR and journalistic background, specialising in the Food & Drink sector; and Stephen from IT consultancy. They set up their minimal waste refill service, The People’s Pantry, in August 2021, after converting a vintage, electric milk float, named Ernie, into a mobile refill shop. The combination of their skills means that incredible products and a cracking digital interface accompanies their mission to encourage household plastic waste reduction, by making refilling as easy and convenient as possible.
