• Over 500 glowworm larvae will be released on the grounds of the Elvetham hotel in Hampshire, UK.
  • This is part of a four year project to revive the declining species.
  • “There is a powerful symbolism in the glowworm lights going out at a time when, ecologically, things are looking pretty grim, so we think this is something that could become a wider movement” said Derek Gow, ecologist and project lead.
