Volvo’s new electric car Volvo C40 Recharge is part of the company’s electric vehicle family, which they plan to extend. The Chinese-owned company Volvo has said its entire car lineup will be fully electric by 2030. Volvo has said that 50% of its global sales should be fully-electric cars by 2025 and the other half hybrid models. Other car companies are also switching to electric models to meet CO2 emissions targets, such as Ford Motor Co.
