Once Once Arquitectura faced several challenges to create this luxury home. The terrain is elongated and has steep slopes, and the team wanted to preserve all trees on the property. As such, columns were built to allow the trees to remain undisturbed, and the front terrace has many gaps to provide room for trees and branches. It’s an innovative design that strongly conveys how architects can approach preserving nature. The house has a breezy, open floor plan that includes a large dining room, a kitchen and a living room all surrounded by windows that share the stunning views.
